Shipping policy
All domestic orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days (may take longer during major holidays). This policy begins within 24 hours of your order being placed and processed.
All international orders may take 7-21 business days for all shipping.
Orders placed during the weekend and/or on holidays, are processed on the next business day.
The LiT Crew Co, IS NOT LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If you do not receive a tracking number, we can make changes as necessary.
All tracking numbers are sent via email upon order labels being printed. Meaning, our shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as the carrier scans your order. There are cases where an order may remain in pending or pre-shipment status. This does not mean your order is lost. Please only contact s about this if your order has surpassed the estimate time for shipment.
